Our NFL Combine and Pro Day program includes expert position-specific coaching, speed & agility, and strength & power training.
At Five Star Linemen Academy, we understand the importance of the NFL Combine & Pro Day. Our pre-draft training program exclusively for defensive tackles, defensive ends, and outside linebackers is strategically designed to prepare you for every position-specific drill, agility test, speed assessment, physical measurement, and medical examination you will perform.
NFL COMBINE & PRO DAY PROGRAM INCLUDES:
● Five Day Per Week Training Program
● NFL Combine/Pro Day Agility Drill Training (5-10-5 Shuttle, 3 Cone Drill, Standing Broad + Vert Jump)
● Speed Training (20 Split, 40)
● Position Specific Training For Offensive + Defensive Linemen
● Game Prep (Senior Bowl Or Any Showcase Game Training)
● Film Evaluation + Breakdown (1 On 1 Game File Evaluation + Pro Day Drills Recorded + Analyzed Weekly)
● Mini Camp Prep
● Nutritional/Supplementation Guide (Caloric + Protein Intake Will Be Scripted For Daily Nutritional + Supplementation
